甲方有意聘用乙方为外籍教师，乙方有意受聘并接受甲方所提供的基本待遇。双方本着平等自愿，协商一致的原则，达成以下本意向书：

一、工作内容：甲方拟聘用乙方从事英语教师工作。

二、拟聘用期限：从____________起至____________止。

三、工资待遇：乙方每月工资为______元(税前)，甲方为乙方提供工作期间的免费住房或住房补贴。正式起薪日为正式合同签署日。

四、保险：乙方持工作签证并与甲方签署正式聘用合同后，甲方为乙方购买人身意外和公共交通意外保险。乙方获得当地公安机关颁法的《居留许可证》后的下一个月起，甲方为乙方购买社会保险(养老保险、综合医疗保险、住院医疗保险和工伤保险)。社会保险卡将由政府职能部门于乙方取得《居留许可证》后50个工作日左右发放给乙方(节假日顺延)并开始持卡享受中国国民一样的上述社会保险待遇。乙方如需就医，须在社会保险定点医院就医并按社会保险规定承担相应比例的费用，在非定点医院就医费用自理;受聘方的挂号、就医交通、镶牙、整容、保健按摩、配眼镜、住院就餐和服用非医疗性的滋补药品以及医生出诊等费用自理。
Insurance:PartyAwillbuypersonalaccidentandpublictransportationrisksinsuranceforPartyBafterbotharrivinginChinaonaworkZ.visaandsigningaformalemploymentcontract.PartyAwillbuysocialinsurance(includingpension,comprehensiveMedicare,hospitalizationandinjuryonjobsite)forPartyBwillaftergettingtheResidentPermitfromthePublicSecurityBureau.UnderthisinsurancecardwillbeissuedbytheSocialInsuranceBureauaround50workdaysafterreceivingtheResidentPermit(willbedelayedifthere`saholiday).IfpartyBneedstoseeadoctor,he/shehastovisitdoctorsatdesignatedhospitalscoveredbythesocialinsuranceandundertaketherelevantproportionofexpenses.IfPartyBseesadoctorsatdesignatedhospitalscoveredbythesocialinsuranceandundertaketherelevantproportionofexpenses.IfPartyBseesadoctoratahospitalnotcoveredbytheinsuranceplan,he/sheneedstopayalltheexpenses;includingoutpatientregistry,transportation,dentalcare,face-lifting,therapeuticmassage,fillingaprescriptionforglasses,hospitalizeddinningandtakingofnutritiousfoodaswellasappointingdoctors.
五、其他条款以报到后签订的正式合同为准。

六、注意事项：

1.乙方在签署聘用意向书后应该立即准备以下文件给甲方用于办理签证相关文件：

乙方需在签署意向书后1个月内提供甲方所需的办证文件，乙方如因提供的资料不齐或延误，造成无法如期办证，责任自负。
AllDocumentsrequestedmustbeprovidedbyPartyB‘svisa
2.待甲方收集齐乙方提供的所需文件后，办证时间需要2个月左右。相关文件办理完毕后甲方会将文件以快递形式寄送给乙方，请乙方务必及时到所在地中国使领馆办理工作签证并持工作签证入境。
ItwilltakeabouttwomonthstoprocessthevisaapplicationinChinaandonlybestartedafterPartyAhasreceivedallnecessarydocumentsmentionedabovefromPartyB.Uponreceivingthisnecessarypaperwork,PartyBshallgotoChineseEmbassyorConsulatetoapplyforworkvisa(Zvisa)andshallonlyenterChinaonthisvisawhichisneededforlegalemploymentonmailandChina.
3.乙方来中国时，请确保带上最高学历证书原件、教师资格证原件以及无犯罪记录原件以通过政府职能部门的审核。若无法提供原件或遭政府职能部门拒绝，甲方将无法为乙方进行居留许可申请并意味着聘用关系的提前终止。同时，乙方入境后需进行健康检查和警察局面谈，如因身体原因或在中国境内曾有非法工作/犯罪行为等因素无法办理居留许可的，甲方唯有解除合约。
WhilecomingtoChinatobeginemployment,PartyBmustbringtheiroriginalhighestuniversitydiploma,originalteachingcertificateandoriginalpolicebackgroundcheckasrequestedbytheForeignExpertBureau.FailuretobringtheseoriginaldocumentsorrejectionbyGovernmentBureausforanyreasonwillpreventPartyAfrombeingabletoapplyresidentpermitforPartyBandwillresultinearlyterminationoftheemploymentrelationship.PartyBwillneedtotakeahealthycheckandapoliceinterviewafterenteringChina,ifanyfactorstothefaultofPartyBsuchashealthoremployment/legalhistorycausethemfailtogettheresidentpermit,PartyAhasnochoiceexcepttoterminatethecontract.
该协议经双方签署后开始生效，有效期最长为6个月，但到双方签署正式聘用合同时终止。
